The answer is inevitably a resounding &#8220;Yes!&#8221;, so the Big Food industry adds more refined sugar which is the simplest, most cost-effective solution.<\/p><p>Hence, 73% of North Americans are Obese of have Type-2 Diabetes.<\/p><p>Our question is different and more enlightened.\u00a0 And yes, it&#8217;s more difficult to respond to:<\/p><p>Given that the consumers prefers &#8220;Sweet&#8221;, how can we satisfy that taste preference without the High Glycemic impact of added Sugar?<\/p><p>We went down many rabbit holes.
